    Las Vegas

    Las Vegas

Las Vegas, a neon oasis in Nevada’s Mojave Desert, was initially a gambling mecca but with careful planning to diversify its economy, has increasingly attracted tourists over the last few decades for its world-class shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife, for which the city now bills itself as ‘The Entertainment Capital of the World’.

Hitting up ‘Vegas’ is an immersive experience, with amazing attractions, dazzling displays and urban adventures around every corner. From the majestic music and fire show with erupting volcano at The Mirage to the Big Apple roller coaster running through the mini NYC cityscape at New York, New York, or the dazzling 460ft high water jets at The Bellagio – the stunning sights and sounds will amaze and astound you.

While the mega-casino hotel resorts are still the main draw here, especially along the (in)famous Las Vegas strip, the downtown area of the city has seen huge investment from municipal and private partnerships and now has a growing and vibrant art district, modern museums, and high-tech spaces that are worth a visit next time you’re in town and you need a break from the de rigueur daytime champagne pool parties.

Trips out of the city are also on offer with plenty to see throughout the surrounding Mojave Desert and beyond, including the colossal Hoover Dam, the stunningly scenic Red Rock Canyon, and the iconic gigantic Grand Canyon. If possible, incorporate a helicopter tour into your itinerary for jaw-dropping aerial views of all these amazing natural and urban spaces that you won’t soon easily forget. There is a well-known saying “...what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas”, but you’ll want to share these amazing experiences and memories well after your trip ends.
